ABSTRACT,  This research have been written for examine the influence of the value, the quality of service, and the innovation of service about customer decision for using J&T Express Shipping Service in Bangil. The population in this research is the user of J&T Express Shipping Service in Bangil. Thereare 125 customer as the sample and all of them have been passed the purposive sampling stage. The technique of getting the data, the researcher using questionnaire thet spread online through the media of the google form with database between september to november 2017 that has been passed the validity and reliability test. An analysis of the technique tht used in this research is an equal linear regression to get the whole representation about the relantionship between one variable and another variables. The result of this research shows that: (1) The price has positive and significant influence concerning the customer decision, proven that the value of (t) count are 4,775 with the value ofsignificant 0,000< 0,05 and the regression coefficient has positive value in 0,382. (2) The quality of service has positive and significant influence concerning the customer decision, proven that the value of (t) count are 3,423 with the value of significant 0,001<0,05 and the regression coefficient has positive value in 0,310. (3) the innovation of service has positive and significant influence concerning the customer decision, proven thet the value of (t) count are 2,334 with the value of significant 0.021 > 0,05 and the regression coefficient has positive value in 0,178. (4) The price, the quality of service and the innovation of service have big influence concerning the customer decision, proven that the value of (F) count are 49,117 with the significant value 0,000<0,05 and has (R) count square as big as 54,9%
