ABSTRACT, With the increasing number of people are growing rapidly so the more people who need banking facilities from the Bank branch of the Bank of Makassar. In order for services to the maximum it can be an indispensable employee performance. To improve the performance of that factor leader, motivation, and work environment, can not be separated from the process. This study will examine how the influence of leader behaviors, motivation, and work environment on employee performance in BTPN Bawakaraeng Makassar branch. The nature of this research is descriptive and explanatory. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t-test to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of testing the first hypothesis indicates that the variable behavior of leaders, motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance. The second hypothesis testing results show that in partial leader behavior, motivation, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance
